He has served as a seminar panelist about foreclosure litigation for bankruptcy attorneys and has been interviewed countless times by national and local media about bankruptcy and foreclosure topics.
Mr. Parker earned his undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Florida in 1989 and his law degree from Stetson University College of Law in 1992.
